I just read this in the Lincoln County Record last night and thought it was very interesting so I wanted to share it. We have all just witnessed a piece of history here is what the paper said.
"Although the month is almost over, here is an interesting fact about October, 2010. It has 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays, all in the same month. Calendar watchers note that this has not happened since the year 1187. It happens once every 823 years, so it will not come around again until the year 2833, but then again you won't be around to watch."
