Hudson is 2!
Hudson turned 2 on the 30th of June. We had a little get together with family. He received a sleeping bag and a stick horse from us. Unfortunately the stick horse looks more like a deer and he rarely rides it! I need to make him a new one. He also got some farm animals from grandma and grandpa Smith and a little monster truck from Great Grandpa Smith and Aunt Gina. He had a fabulous time! He blew out the candle before we sang to him and before I could get a picture. We relit the candle!
He decided a couple weeks before his birthday that he wanted a farm cake with animals. I had a picture of it and he packed it around for almost the whole 2 weeks to show that he really did want it. I made it, but it wasn't as great as the picture he packed around. He loved the spider on it though! I can't believe he is 2. He is a jabber jaw and likes others to pay attention to him...what 2 year old doesn't. He plays well by himself but loves when Hafen will play with him too. He is so fun and I am grateful to have him in our family. We were supposed to go swimming on his birthday but due to rain we didn't make it. We just bathed them early and thus the pajamas in the photos!
