For a very long time now I have been debating how much t.v. watching I should be allowing my kids. Hafen would watch t.v. almost all day if I would let him. Right now I limit how much he can watch. There are some days he watches more than others, usually so I can catch up on chores, and some days he doesn't watch it at all. It makes me curious to know what everyone else allows their kids to watch. I think most people allow their children to watch some t.v., but how much do you allow your kids to watch, or how much t.v. do you think is appropriate?? Does the hours that Bella spends watching TV at her Grandmas house two days a week count? Or what about the time that she spends watching videos on youtube? (also with Grandma) My personal opinion is that as long as you try to keep it in moderation you are doing just fine.
Man that vote is split. haha...I think every family is different. I say if the chores, homework, and responsiblities are done, then tv is ok. I think this is one thing that the amount isn't as much of a worry as what they are watching. Content is way more important to our family...but all families are different. How are you guys??
